Spicheren gym
Spicheren, completed in 2001, is a total training centre with top quality modern equipment. Anyone over 16 is welcome to become a member of Spicheren.
Our well-educated instructors provide individual training, organized group work outs and courses on all levels. We constantly offer new and exciting courses and training opportunities.
At Spicheren you will find:
- a large, light and well-equipped health studio
- a comprehensive choice of group training to music such as aerobics, step and spinning
- large all-purpose halls for ball games and organized training
- a large and inviting swimming pool with saunas and jacuzzi
- a climbing wall
- solarium
Lockers are available where you use your own padlock which can be purchased in reception for 50 kr. There is free parking in designated areas. We also offer babysitting and other family activities. Spicheren is located to the left of the roundabout after Gimlehallen. You can't miss it!
