What should I bring to work out at Spicheren?

  • Gymwear. For example, a T-shirt and shorts with a complete tracksuit over them which you can take off when you're warmed up.
  • Inside shoes with soles that do not leave marks on the floor.
  • Water bottle (can be purchased in reception).
  • Towel (to put on the seat of the machines, benches and mats you use). 

In the health studio we offer members a free consultation with a training counselor. The goal is to make a tailored training programme suited to your individual needs. Contact reception or someone in the health studio to make an appointment.
